Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I park?
At Neat Feet Podiatry there is ample parking at the rear of the building. Simply turn into
the driveway to the left of the building, or access the parking via the Holdsworth Street entrance. Please choose the bays marked "SKG".

Is there disabled access?
We have a disabled parking bay right at the front of the building, for ACROD sticker holders, and there is a ramp into the front door to facilitate wheelchair access.

What if I come by public transport?
The practice is served well by local transport. The Fremantle CAT bus stops outside Christian
Brothers College school, and the Transperth Bus route 501 passes the building.

What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothes, which provide ease of access to the feet and lower limbs.
Feel free to bring shorts with you, to change into, if it is likely we will need to look at you walking.

Should I bring my shoes?
We may need to make adjustments to your shoes for work, or school, as appropriate. Please bring the shoes you spend most of your time in to your initial consultation.

Can I pay by credit card?
Eftpos facilities are available at Neat Feet Podiatry, and Visa and Mastercard are both accepted.

What if I have private health insurance?
Please bring your health fund card, and we can swipe it through the Hicaps terminal. This will facilitate immediate rebate. You then only have to pay for the gap, between your rebate and the treatment fee, if there is one.
